To further develop Groupe ABS in the coming years, we will be facing new challenges. One such challenge is to further develop how attractive the company is for our employees.
This has led us to question and evaluate our relationship with our employees and develop and promote new programs and benefits that are better suited to a healthy work-life balance.
Another such challenge is in relation to our clients. Our preoccupation towards our clients’ needs has led us to broaden our range of services and complementary expertise. By becoming a sole-source provider of services to our clients, we have developed deeper loyalty and more trusted business relationships, while continuing to meet their increasingly high satisfaction requirements.
Over the past year, we have redefined our company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
The cornerstone of what we strive to become is based on the carefully chosen word “reference”. In the future, we will no longer seek to be the biggest or the best in any of our areas of expertise. Rather, we will work to distinguish ourselves from others by becoming the “reference” in our industry.
To achieve this, the fundamental value of family spirit will guide our actions. By relying on a welcoming, friendly, and pleasant workplace atmosphere combined with mutual aid and solidarity, we are convinced that we will continue to be a company that is truly distinct in the industry.
