The project consisted of constructing a 360 unit residential building for seniors in the Sainte-Foy‑Sillery‑Cap‑Rouge borough. Construction work began with the decontamination of the site for which Immostar had commissioned ABS, and continued with EMD-Bâtimo during the excavation and construction phases.
