In order to provide additional electrical power to New York City, Hydro-Québec will build a 400-kV line that will be 57.7 km long, consisting of 56.1 km of underground cable and 1.6 km of submarine cable, within Quebec.
Through contracts with Hydro-Québec and various contractors, Groupe ABS is positioned to monitor the quality of the work and environmental monitoring on more than 90% of the section, including certain modifications to some distribution substations.
