ABS is proud to be collaborate with the Port of Trois-Rivières on the ambitious project to modernize Terminals 16 and 17. The project, supported by a federal investment of $87.1 million, involves rebuilding Pier 17, building a new Pier 16 and developing the adjacent terminals. These improvements will strengthen the activities of Alcoa and G3 Canada, major players in the aluminum and agri-food sectors.

Our team is contributing to its expertise in metallurgy, environment and materials engineering to ensure the success of this major project. We are determined to contribute to the creation of modern, sustainable port infrastructures, essential to the region’s economic development.

The work includes the integration of advanced technologies to optimize energy efficiency and reduce the environmental footprint of port operations. The project aims to improve the fluidity of goods transport while minimizing environmental impacts.
