As part of a capital program to maintain and develop facilities, ABS is primarily involved in the container terminal expansion project in the Viau sector. This project involved major structural work for gantry cranes, the construction of a railway track, a marshalling yard and an intermodal yard, roller compacted concrete running racks, and soil consolidation using rapid impact compaction and dynamic compaction. ABS also participated in the preparatory work for the development of the Port of Contrecoeur.
