The project to implement priority public transportation measures on Guillaume-Couture Boulevard involves redesigning the most congested sections of the boulevard by adding two lanes reserved for public transportation, constructing a multi-use utility path and sidewalks, and implementing additional measures to improve traffic flow. Groupe ABS is involved in the redevelopment of sections 2 and 3.
