ABS is pleased to inform you that its services have been retained to contribute to a new project in Solar Uniquartier in Brossard. This rapidly growing neighborhood will consist of unique residential complexes, multiple local businesses, innovative office spaces, and extensive green spaces.

Our employees will have the opportunity to contribute with their expertise in materials engineering and geotechnics for the initial phase, thanks to the trust of Edyfic Construction (Devimco), which has placed its trust in us for this mandate.

This promising project will require our presence to inspect excavation works prior to the pouring of the concrete foundations, and to monitor the concreting and backfilling work over a period of more than a year, starting in April 2023.

Our client will rely on the technical skills of certain dedicated resources as we will be using maturity testing, a non-destructive testing method that allows us to determine the strength of concrete based on its curing temperature and curing time. This process can be very advantageous for clients in terms of cost savings and schedule optimization, as it enables us to determine the exact time when the required strength is achieved to continue the work.
