In response to recurring traffic congestion problems experienced by residents of the city of Terrebonne, mainly those travelling to or from La Plaine, as well as users passing through the area, the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD) is widening Route 337 from two to three and four lanes.
